Canada Post Strike, Do we pay your utilities?

Subject: Important Notice: Canada Post Labour Disruption and Utility Bill Processing


Attention:   All Clients


Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we want to ensure you're aware of potential disruptions in the delivery of utility bills normally sent to our office at:


9 Queen St N, Box 308, Tottenham, ON


Each month, we receive hundreds of utility bills from various providers for multiple properties. Unfortunately, with mail delivery currently suspended, we will not be receiving these bills and will therefore be unable to process payments in the usual manner.


To ensure your utility bills are paid on time, we kindly ask for your assistance with one of the following temporary options:


Option 1: Pay Your Utility Bills Directly
Please contact your utility provider or log in to their online portal to access and pay your bill directly. Once regular mail service resumes, your bills should be delivered to us again—unless you choose to continue with electronic delivery.


Option 2: Forward Bills to Us for Payment
Access your utility bills online as above, and then forward them to us at
agsecuretottenham@gmail.com. We will handle the payments from our end as usual.


We understand this situation may cause some inconvenience, but unfortunately, it is beyond our control. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us continue to manage your property efficiently during this disruption.
