What's Covered?
When you opt into our 100% Rent Guarantee program you receive all of our comprehensive management services, along with the guarantee, for a 15% of rent management fee.
To make it simple, if your rental collects $2500.00 a month in rent, the extra management fee will be the difference between 9% and 15%. For a total of $150.00 extra a month for the following coverage.
