What is the difference between your Standard Program and the 100% Rent Guarantee Program?
Standard Program: Includes full-service management — advertising, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance, inspections, legal notices, and more.
100% Rent Guarantee Program: Everything in the Standard Program plus rent protection for up to 12 months, legal and sheriff fees, and arrears application coverage.
How are management fees calculated?
How are management fees calculated?
Fees are based on monthly gross rents collected:
- 10% for under $2,000
- 9% for $2,000–$10,000
- 8% for $10,000+
- 15% for our 100% Rent Guarantee Program (some conditions apply)
