Year-End Tax Summaries Are Now Available: Prepare for Your 2025 Tax Filing

As we come to the end of another year, it’s also time to begin preparing for your 2025 tax filings. To help make this process as smooth and efficient as possible, we’re pleased to let you know that all year-end tax summaries are now available in your portal.

Important Tax Date Range

For your 2025 taxes, please note that the reporting period covers:

December 12, 2024 – December 10, 2025

This date range is important when locating the correct documents in your portal.

Where to Find Your Year-End Tax Summary

Please refer to the image above for a visual guide on where to find your tax summary within the portal.

1. Log in to your portal and navigate to the Documents section.
2. Here, you’ll see a list of monthly statements as well as annual statements.

How to Quickly Locate Your Annual Statement

You have two easy options:

• Use the search bar and enter the following date range:
  12/12/2024_-_12/10/2025
  This will filter the results and isolate your annual statement.

OR

• Scroll through the documents list until you find:
  Owner_Statement_(12/12/2024_-_12/10/2025).pdf
  This document is typically located about two-thirds of the way down the page.

Looking for Physical Invoices?
