Full Property Management

First-Time Leasing

• We charge ½ month’s rent the first time we lease your property
• After that, you will never pay another leasing fee for that unit again

Ongoing Management Fees
Our management fee is a percentage of rent collected, which means we only get paid when you get paid.

• Rent of $2,000/month or less: 10%
• Rent between $2,000 – $10,000/month: 9%
• Rent over $10,000/month: 8%
