With colder weather on us and furnaces back up and running, we’re pleased to share a proactive winter inspection and maintenance program for your heating system and owned water heater.
We’ve partnered with our trusted HVAC professionals to help reduce the risk of unexpected furnace breakdowns during the winter months. As you know, a loss of heat—especially after hours—can be disruptive and often results in higher emergency service costs.
This program includes a full inspection of the furnace, along with cleaning of components that may become problematic over time. Think of it as an “oil change” for your furnace. Any potential concerns will be identified early, and a detailed inspection report will be provided upon completion.
The regular cost of this service is $149.00–$189.00 plus HST. As a preferred client, you can take advantage of a discounted rate of $109.00 and $130.00 plus HST.
